The group will meet Mondays, August 21-November 20 from 4:00 to 5:30 pm in the Holy Family Board Room. That Man is You! honestly addresses the pressures and temptations that men face in our modern culture, especially those relating to their roles as husbands and fathers. The program harmonizes current social and medical science with the teachings of the Church and the wisdom of the saints to develop the vision of man fully alive! This year’s theme is “Worthy of the Call” and will focus on discovering and embracing the call to live a life worthy of the call you have received! Join us at the 8:00 am Mass at Holy Family on the First Saturday of the month for the Five First Saturdays Devotion. The Five First Saturdays Devotion is one of the principal points on the urgent need for mankind to offer reparation and expiate for the many injuries that the Immaculate Heart of Mary suffers from the hands of both the impious and the indifferent man. The devotion consists of: going to Confession; receiving the Sacrament of Holy Communion; saying five decades of the Rosary; and mediating for 15 minutes on the mysteries of the Rosary.
Grab your lederhosen and bring the whole family to Oktoberfest at Holy Family Church & Prayer Garden on Saturday, October 7! This festival will begin at 4:00 pm with a special Mass featuring Readings and music in both English and German. Then, following the Mass, take to the Prayer Garden (Holy Family Hall in event of rain) to enjoy music from the German folk band, Dorf Kapelle, and activities for people of all ages including: giant yard games, an inflatable obstacle course, makers market, petting zoo, balloon twister, cotton candy, and basket raffle! As you have fun, you can purchase brats, potato salad, food from our Hispanic community, soup, homemade desserts, soda, beer, and more! We will close out the night with a chance to win a cash prize when you play trivia beginning at 8:15 pm in the Holy Family Hall. Admission is free!
All police officers, firefighters, corrections officers, emergency dispatchers, and EMS personnel are invited to attend Holy Family Catholic Community's Blue Mass at 10:00 am on Sunday, October 8 at Holy Family Church. The Mass will honor all those who serve and protect our community in the public safety field and pray for their future protection. Those who attend are encouraged to wear their uniforms and have a flag to representing their agency in the Gathering Space. People of all faiths are welcome! A social with refreshments will follow.
Kids of all ages, particularly those in grades pre-K through sixth, are invited to join us after the 10:00 am Mass at Holy Family Church on the second Sunday of the month for the parish’s fun Faith Builders Club for Kids! Children will enjoy a short mini lesson about the Catholic faith, which will include a video and a craft, while parents enjoy refreshments in the Fireside Room. Pray for our country during our Eucharistic Procession and Rosary Rally at 2:00 pm Sunday, October 8. The Procession with the Blessed Sacrament will begin at St. Mary and end at Veterans Park on the corner of Main Street and Western Avenue. In the event of inclement weather, the rally will take place at St. Mary's Church.

Holy Family Catholic Community, Marian University, and the Fond du Lac County Area United Way will host a screening of the affecting documentary "The Invisible Class" at 5:30 pm in the Marian University Stayer Center. This documentary explores what it is like to be homeless in America, addressing its systemic causes, and challenging stereotypes. All are encouraged to attend, particularly those who are interested in volunteering at or supporting the Holy Family Warming Shelter. Join us throughout the night from Tuesday, October 31-Wednesday, November 1 as we pray for peace for all nations at our Solemnity of All Saints All-Night Vigil. Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament will take place following the 7:00 pm Vigil Mass on Tuesday, October 31 at Holy Family Church, and end with benediction at 6:45 am on Wednesday, November 1 prior to the 7:00 am Mass. Throughout the night, you are welcome to come to Holy Family to adore our Lord. The Sacred Heart Adoration Chapel will remain open at its regularly scheduled hours.
