You are invited to join dozens of men every Wednesday morning from 5:30 to 7:00 am in the Holy Family North Hall, 271 Fourth Street Way, for Men’s Group January 8 to April 30, 2025. The St. Ambrose Men’s Group hosts “That Man is You – Apostle of the New Springtime” every Wednesday. The morning includes a full breakfast, a video for the program at 6:00 am, and a small group discussion. That Man is You! honestly addresses the pressures and temptations that men face in our modern culture, especially those relating to their roles as husbands and fathers. The program harmonizes current social and medical science with the teachings of the Church and the wisdom of the saints to develop the vision of man fully alive! No registration is required – you can join at any time! There is a cost of $15 for the book which will be paid for at the first class. All mom's and children are invited to join the Moms Group! Meeting on Thursdays from 9:30 to 10:30 am in Holy Family Hall, the Moms Group is an informal gathering where moms can enjoy fellowship and children can play together.
Children and their parents can learn more about saints, our Church traditions, and your faith at our Faith Builders Club for Kids, occurring monthly following the 9:00 am Mass at Sacred Heart from November to February. In this fun, 15-minute program, children and their parents will watch a short video lesson about a specific topic and make a craft to take home with them.
Are you struggling with grief? Holy Family will host “Grief Share,” a 13-week support group and seminar designed to help people rebuild their lives after loss. The group will meet Mondays, February 3 to April 28 from 4:00 to 5:30 pm in the Holy Family Board Room. As the Catholic Church celebrates its Jubilee year in 2025, Chris Dudzinski will host a series of talks to help you learn more about the Jubilee and what it means for your life. On Monday, February 10 at 6:30 pm and Friday, February 14 at 12:45 pm (following the noon Mass) at Sacred Heart, Chris will discuss the meaning and history of the Jubilee. On Monday, February 17 at 6:30 pm and Friday, February 21 at 12:45 pm (following the noon Mass) at Sacred Heart, he will discuss what the Jubilee means to us in 2025.
