Holy Family will show the movie Lifemark on Thursday, November 16 at 6:00 pm in Holy Family Hall. This film follows a young man who learns that his birth mother almost aborted him, but instead chose to give him up for adoption. Fr. Kevin will answer questions and lead a short discussion session.
Middle- and high-school students are invited to join our Holy Family Youth Group throughout the month for activities like our Christ the King Party with Custard, "Gratitude & Thanksgiving" night, birdfeeder ornament making, and volunteering. The Youth Group is open to any student in middle and high school and typically meets on Thursday nights at Sacred Heart School from 6:30 to 8:00 pm. See poster to check times and locations. Join your fellow parishioners on the Holy Family Bus Trip to the Women of Christ Conference on Saturday, November 18. The bus will board in the Holy Family Church parking lot at 6:15 am and leave at 6:30 pm and travel down to the Brookfield Conference Center. The Women of Christ Conference provides women the opportunity to celebrate their Catholic faith with women from throughout the area. The day will include confession, Mass, Adoration, a vendor market, and dynamic talks from speakers like Fr. John LoCoco and Dr. Mary Healy. The bus trip will cost $25 per person (an additional $1.75 processing fee if paying online). Holy Family Catholic Community will host “Grief Share,” a 13-week support group and seminar designed to help people rebuild their lives after loss. The group will meet Mondays, August 21-November 20 from 4:00 to 5:30 pm in the Holy Family Board Room.
