The St. Patrick's Rosary Guild will hold its Fall Rummage Sale in the Sacred Heart School Gym on Tuesday, October 4 from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm and Wednesday, October 5 from 8:00 am to noon. If you would like to donate to the sale, you can drop off your donations from noon to 4:00 pm on Sunday, October 2 and 8:00 am to 4:00 pm on Monday, October 3. The proceeds of the sale will help those in need.

Get your lederhosen ready! Holy Family Catholic Community will host its Oktoberfest celebration on Saturday, October 8 at Holy Family Church. The event will begin a bilingual Mass in English and German at the 4:00 pm Mass. Around 5:00 pm, the celebration will move to the Prayer Garden with face painting, inflatable obstacle course, 50/50 raffle, yard games, a petting zoo, activities for young and old, and the renown German folk band, Dorf Kapelle. Bratwurst, German potato salad, tacos, nachos, desserts, soda, and beer will be available for purchase. In the event of rain, the event will be moved into Holy Family Hall. ¡Prepara tus lederhosen! Join Holy Family Catholic Community at 2:00 pm on Sunday, October 9 for a Eucharistic Procession and Rosary Rally dedicated to praying for the United States. The procession with the Blessed Sacrament will begin in front of St. Mary Church, 59 E. Merrill Ave., and end at Veterans Park on the corner of Main Street and Western Avenue. If you are unable to process, please join us at Veteran's Park at 2:30 for the Rosary, a brief reflection by Fr. Michael Malucha, and Benediction. In the event of inclement weather, the rally will take place at St. Mary's.

These are the ever-important questions answered in Genesis to Jesus. Join us to learn the basic Catholic principles for reading Scripture and to survey the broad outlines of the books of the Bible and their place in the story of salvation. The group meets at two times: Mondays, September 12-December 5 from 7:00 to 8:30 pm in the Holy Family South Hall OR Fridays, September 9-December 9 (excluding November 25) from 6:00 to 7:30 am in the Holy Family South Hall.
