The Youth Group meets on Thursdays for a variety of activities. Mary Jo Neumann’s Mobility & Balance Class will return this January! The class will take place Fridays beginning January 5 in the Sacred Heart School Gym from 9:00 to 9:40 am. The function of balance and mobility training is to help a person feel safe when moving from place to place. Participants should be able to walk without assistive devices, such as canes, walkers, and wheelchairs. Tennis shoes and comfortable clothes recommend. Bring own water bottle. Are you struggling with grief? Holy Family will host “Grief Share,” a 13-week support group and seminar designed to help people rebuild their lives after loss. The group will meet Mondays, beginning January 15 from 4:00 to 5:30 pm in the Holy Family Board Room.
