This Lent, join our Holy Family Priest Team as we explore how the Bible teaches us that Mary is the Queen of Heaven and Earth, Mother of God, the new Eve, and the new Ark of the Covenant with our Holy Family Christmas Read, Jesus and the Jewish Roots of Mary: Unveiling the Mother of the Messiah by Dr. Brant Pitre. The talks will take place at Holy Family Church from 6:30 to 7:30 pm and last about 30 minutes, with 30 minutes of discussion to follow. You are invited to join dozens of men every Wednesday morning from 5:30 to 7:00 am in the Holy Family North Hall, 271 Fourth Street Way, for Men’s Group January 8 to April 30, 2025. The St. Ambrose Men’s Group hosts “That Man is You – Apostle of the New Springtime” every Wednesday. The morning includes a full breakfast, a video for the program at 6:00 am, and a small group discussion. That Man is You! honestly addresses the pressures and temptations that men face in our modern culture, especially those relating to their roles as husbands and fathers. The program harmonizes current social and medical science with the teachings of the Church and the wisdom of the saints to develop the vision of man fully alive! All mom's and children are invited to join the Moms Group! Meeting on Thursdays from 9:30 to 10:30 am in Holy Family Hall, the Moms Group is an informal gathering where moms can enjoy fellowship and children can play together.
Purchase great soups donated by more than 20 Fond du Lac restaurants to benefit those in need when you come to Soup du Jour on Saturday, March 22 at Holy Family Church. More than a dozen soups will be available for purchase, with the proceeds benefiting the Holyland Food Pantry and the St. Vincent de Paul of FDL County. Soups will be available on a first come, first served basis beginning at 1:00 pm in the drive-thru line beneath the canopy entrance on the church’s south side. Soups will be $6 a cup or three for $15 - no cards accepted.
