Holy Family Quilters Group

Holy Family St. Mary Church 59 E. Merrill Ave, Fond du Lac, WI, United States

The Holy Family Quilters meet every Tuesday morning from 8:00 to 10:00 am in the St. Mary's Church basement. All the quilts that we make go to the less fortunate people in the area. We also make lap quilts for the area nursing homes. We can use small pieces or yardage of new material to make the tops and clean blankets and mattress pads, also any sewing items.  These items can be dropped off at the church office, or call Dorothy, 920-238-0480, or Catherine, 920-539-0313 for pick up.

Exploring the Sunday Readings

This is a Bible Study for looking at the upcoming Sunday Readings. Each week will use the investigations and comments of bible scholars to learn the significant insights in each set of Sunday readings. We will further discuss and share how these readings apply to us and add enrichment to our lives. A great way to prepare for Sunday Mass! Group limited to six participants. Blessed Bites

Every Tuesday at St. Mary Church, those in need can get a free to-go meal, canned goods, and hygiene/cleaning items through the Blessed Bites program. Items are available from 4:30 to 5:30 pm - or until meals are gone. Men’s Group – That Man is You!

Holy Family Catholic Church 271 Fourth Street Way, Fond du Lac, WI, United States

You are invited to join dozens of men every Wednesday morning from 5:30 to 7:00 am in the Holy Family North Hall, 271 Fourth Street Way, for Men’s Group January 8 to April 30, 2025.   The St. Ambrose Men’s Group hosts “That Man is You – Apostle of the New Springtime” every Wednesday. The morning includes a full breakfast, a video for the program at 6:00 am, and a small group discussion.   That Man is You! honestly addresses the pressures and temptations that men face in our modern culture, especially those relating to their roles as husbands and fathers. The program harmonizes current social and medical science with the teachings of the Church and the wisdom of the saints to develop the vision of man fully alive!   No registration is required – you can join at any time! Holy Family Catholic Community Women’s Ministry: Sharing Our Journey – A Morning Retreat

Women of the parish are invited to join Holy Family Catholic Community for our Women’s Ministry Morning Retreat “Sharing Our Journey” on Saturday, January 18, 2025, from 7:00 to 10:30 am at Holy Family Church and Hall. The day will feature Confession, Adoration, Mass, breakfast, and talks on “Entering the Song: The Powerful Gift of the Masculine and Feminine Hearts.” We are excited to welcome speakers Emily Davenport, Maggie Ederle, and Sr. Miriam James Heidland, who you may know from the Healing the Whole Person program, the Hallow app, and as one of the emcees for the National Eucharistic Congress. The women serve with Friends of the Bridegroom, a ministry dedicated toward the healing, renewal and expansion of religious life and the priesthood. The event is free to attend, but freewill offerings are appreciated. Due to an incredible response, we are now requesting that people RSVP for the event to help us better estimate the number of attendees. Faith Builders Club for Kids

Children and their parents can learn more about saints, our Church traditions, and your faith at our Faith Builders Club for Kids, occurring monthly following the 10:00 am Mass at Holy Family Church from October to March. In this fun, 15-minute program, children and their parents will watch a short video lesson about a specific topic and make a craft to take home with them.
