Power up Your Potential: Strategies for Better Energy (at any age)

Holy Family Hall - South 271 Fourth Street Way, Fond du Lac

Join in the fun with Mary Jo Neumann as you explore simple strategies to increase your energy level on Monday, April 7 from 10:00 to 11:00 am in Holy Family South Hall. The presentation will address healthy nutrition and an appropriate/safe home exercise program. Active wear clothing recommended for participation. Grief Share

Holy Family Board Room 271 Fourth Street Way, Fond du Lac

Are you struggling with grief? Holy Family will host “Grief Share,” a 13-week support group and seminar designed to help people rebuild their lives after loss. The group will meet Mondays, February 3 to April 28 from 4:00 to 5:30 pm in the Holy Family Board Room. Those interested in joining the group must register but can join the program after the start date. To sign up, please email Mary at mdenzin@hffdl.org
